Job Description

As a Key Account Strategist at Global Blue, you will be responsible for developing and executing account plans to drive sales growth in key accounts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Creation and Delivery of Account Plans
  • Sales Forecasting (Transactions, Sales in Store, Refund Ratio)
  • Incentive Programs (IR and ORR)
  • Promotions and TFS Signing
  • Staff Training and Ceremonies
  • Monitoring and Analysis (ORR)

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing B2B sales accounts
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Autonomy, Proactivity, and Results Orientation
  • Business Administration orientation with degree
  • Correct management of English (written and oral)
  • Owning a vehicle is ideal
