Key Responsibilities- Provide financial support and performance analysis to the global/regional operations and plant management teams.
- Develop and execute financial strategies to drive organizational success.
- Manage a team of operational financial analysts/plant controllers.
- Consolidate and analyze actual results/forecasts/budgets.
- Conduct monthly plant reviews.
- Drive freight/inventory reductions.
- Support capital investments.
- Capital Budgeting and Forecasting: 5+ years of experience in capital budgeting and forecasting.
- Control of CIP Accounts: Prior experience in controlling CIP accounts.
- Analysis of Transactions and Budget: Ability to analyze transactions and budget for each CER.
- Execution Follow-up of Each CER: Experience in executing follow-up on each CER.
- Reclassification of Transactions: Ability to reclassify transactions that are not capitalizable.
- Manage Capital Requests: Experience in managing capital requests.
- Analysis of Cost of Equipment or Improvements: Ability to analyze the cost of equipment or improvements to be capitalized.
- Follow-up of Advance Payments and Registration Errors: Experience in following up on advance payments and registration errors by Accounts Payable.
- Fixed Assets Physical Counts and Tagging: Prior experience in conducting fixed assets physical counts and tagging.
- Maintain Fixed Assets Subledger: Ability to maintain the fixed assets subledger.
- Asset Movement Control: Experience in ensuring asset movement control is in place.
- Identify Impairment of Assets: Ability to identify impairment of assets.
- Disposal of Fixed Assets: Experience in disposing of fixed assets.
- Support Projects: Ability to support projects (transfers) from the financial aspects.
