About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Asset Management Professional to join our team. As an IT Software Asset Management Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective monitoring, measurement, and compliance of SAM Processes. You will partner with Process owners to initiate continuous improvement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in partnering with Software Owners, Delivery Managers, License Managers, and others to ensure support teams operate in adherence with all SAM processes and within defined Service Level Agreements.
- Be accountable for process management governance, execution, and continual improvement.
- Provide guidance to staff and assist with day-to-day process support activities.
- Contribute to the maturation of SAM tools (Navvia, ServiceNow) regarding process execution and reporting capabilities.
Requirements:
- Advanced English level.
- Educational background: BA/BS degree from an accredited school or equivalent years of experience in the ITAM, contracts, or business analysis field.
- Experience in an ITAM role, preferably with direct responsibility for business analysis, execution, and continual improvement.
- Experience working with ServiceNow.
- Vendor Management expertise.
