">We are seeking a highly skilled Team Manager to lead our service excellence team and drive business growth through exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
">Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Service Excellence Team: Supervise and mentor team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
- Analyze Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
Requirements
