We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Architect with extensive experience in the US Market. Your expertise in US building systems, local codes, and working culture will be crucial in delivering outstanding projects for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expertise in Revit/Archicad with several years of experience working for the US Market.
- Support the complete lifecycle of architecture projects, including construction sets, building permits, 3D modeling, visualization, and client presentations.
- Fluency in English, both written and oral.
- Availability for full-time positions.
- Proactive and great communication skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with clients.
- Candidates must live in Latin America.
