Importante empresa de servicios y telecomunicaciones busca incorporar a su staff un Facility Manager en la ciudad de Salta o Tucuman.

Su principal misión será la de asegurar la calidad del servicio y el manejo de los recursos tanto materiales como humanos. Buscamos profesionales que tenga experiencia comprobable no menor 5 años en coordinación o gerenciamiento de empresas de servicio en el área de mantenimiento y telecomunicaciones.

Los principales desafíos son:

Gerenciar y coordinar las operaciones de toda la sucursal, desarrollando la planificación del área de mantenimiento y telecomunicaciones.
Manejo de indicadores y kpis de los diferentes servicios.
Establecer comunicaciones periódicas con los clientes a fin de conocer su opinión y responder a sus necesidades.
Reportar periódicamente a casa central.
¿Qué perfil buscamos?

Ingeniero mecánico, electromecánico, industrial o afín, con experiencia no menor a 5 años en puestos similares en empresas de telecomunicaciones o similares.
Que tenga conocimientos de mantenimiento edilicio en general ( aires acondicionados, grupos electrógenos, electricidad industrial)
Que posea conocimientos en mantenimiento e instalación de fibra óptica, como así también en obras de planta externa.
Residir en zona de la ciudad de Salta o alrededores.
