**PURPOSE**

Leads automation medium complex projects or regional specialty in the Automation Department, analyzing and introducing new technological methods, leading and supervising allocated engineering and investment projects, and coordinating all necessary resources for project development.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Investigates, assesses and applies new technologies as appropriate.
- Project Leadership or specialty execution as appropriate, including defining requirements and necessary stages ensuring an accurate preliminary analysis and getting the benefits according to the project payback expected.
- Fulfill the information required in the Investments Approval Form (IAF).
- Administers periodic controls to identify cost deviations and estimated times for project execution.
- Controls final closing of projects.
- Oversees the appropriate granting of access privileges to technology systems based on the functions and responsibilities of each job and user profile of third company resource if apply.
- Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations to the area which works.
- Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates with and develops his/her partners in line with Human Resources norms and procedures. Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.

**EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND DESIRED SKLILLS**
- Desarrollo de aplicaciones para PC, preferentemente en lenguaje de Programación.NET, C#, remoting, SQL Server.
- Uso de herramientas de diagnóstico y análisis para solución de problemas e interpretación de logging.
- Mantenimiento preventivo de Software, infraestructura de redes y arquitectura de bases de datos.
- Interpretación de procesos industriales.
- Desarrollo de aplicaciones de comunicación e interfaz con otros sistemas tanto de Nível 2 como con los níveles superiores de la pirámide de automatización.
