Descripción
An Agile-minded consultant who can serve as an
associate to the Product Owner, or full Product
Owner, based on the client need. This team
member will take full responsibility for backlog
organization (and taking lead from the client on
backlog prioritization). They understand how
to break down stories and provide continuous,
iterative value through vertically-sliced stories. As
the “face of Product” to the development team,
they work closely with the tech lead and the devs
to find the right technical solution that meets the
business needs. This team member is a Business
Analyst, protects the team while representing the
needs of the business, and acts as a liaison to the
team.
**All of the above, plus tasks include**: Backlog
Management, Backlog Refinement, Minimal Viable
Product, Planning Workshops, Relative Estimation,
Daily Stand-Ups, Demos & Retrospectives,
Story Decomposition, Story Elaboration, and
Storyboarding. Manages the backlog and
prioritization on behalf of an active and involved
client Product Owner, staging priorization for the
Product Owner’s approval. Provides Coaching
upward to the client Product Owner.
**Requisitos**:
Require Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,
IT, Informatics or related field with 7+ Years of
Experience

Certifications ٟ
Working Towards SAFe cert and/or IIBA AAC
