We are looking for **1 Ssr BackEnd Developer (Chatbot) (Ref. 1061) **to join our team

In Vates you will participate in different projects made up of multicultural teams distributed in different parts of the world. We are looking for proactive leaders, oriented to teamwork, passionate about programming and who seek to provide the best experience to the end user.

**Responsibilities of this role include**:

- Develop high quality code and chatbot experiences that adhere to best practices in design, proper testing, and good documentation.
- Assist with code releases where needed, including rollout and testing.
- Fulfill stakeholders' needs and ensure they are satisfied with the end result.

**Workplace**: 100% remote / Full-time

Requisitos mínimos

**Requirements**:

- Strong working knowledge and background using AWS to build AI chatbots, leveraging AWS Lex, AWS Polly and Lambda.
- Solid experience in Python.
- Knowledge of Genesys PureCloud.
- Experience working with Snowflake and MS SQL Server.
- English proficiency, both verbal and written, is required.
