**We are searching for the best talent for MAF ANALYST to be in Ciudad de Buenos Aires, Argentina.**

**Purpose**:Under the program GenAR this position will have on charge the project: MAF REVIEW, SYNCHRONIZATION, CREATION and DEPLOYMENT OF SOPS and WI (PROJECT OP-MAF). The MAF ANALYST will be in charge of the entire review, collection, analysis and synchronization of the SOPs and WIS that govern the everyday work of MAF LAS. Once those SOPS and WI will be identified, the position will be in charge of re formulate in a SIMPLE manner and communicate, train and deploy the new set of SOPs. Also, will be in charge to establish a process of renewal and review.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Process Optimization and Standardization: Lead efforts to streamline and standardize MAF processes across therapeutic areas and geographies (LAS).
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency gains to drive operational excellence and reduce cycle times.
- Implement quality assurance measures to maintain compliance and uphold the highest standards of data integrity and patient safety.
- Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision to meet tight deadlines

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer proficiency, excellent analytical skill to identify gaps and root causes.
- Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in MAF, Commercial, Strategy and Business Operation, Events Planning, PSP, SCEM, PV, RA, Training and Education, COE, CVTs.
- Project management experience and strategy implementation experience (Include any preferred computer skills, certifications, licenses, languages, etc.)
