Logistics Coordinator

**COMPENSATION: between $600 - $1200 USD per month (based on performance)**

**United States-based company** is hiring a **Logistics Coordinator** to join the team. **Entry-level applicants** will be considered **ONLY IF** they have prior **BPO/call center experience** working with a **US-based company**.

In this role, you will negotiate with brokers in English while coordinating truck drivers over the phone and some of them speak only Spanish.

This is a work-from-home opportunity, Monday to Friday between 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM EST, and occasionally over the weekend.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform market analysis to determine the best routes. SO, YOU MUST BE ANALYTICAL
- Coordinate truck drivers. SO, YOU MUST HAVE GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS & CHARISMA
- Generate documents and reports. SO, YOU MUST BE TECH-SAVVY
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with some college or post-secondary education preferred.
- Experience in logistics or transportation industry preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using digital technology and systems for logistics coordination.
- Attention to detail and accuracy are critical.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Must be a go-getter

**Salary**: $163,893.00 - $327,787.00 per month
