**Mission**:
**The mission is to lead the finance, accounting and credit functions within the organization.**:
**This includes providing proactive leadership for financial management systems, reporting, tax planning, budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and return on investment.**:
**Additionally, you’ll implement analysis tools and KPIs for operating teams and actively participate in the integration of SAP for maximum efficiency.**:
**The role contributes to the company’s growth by supporting and advising senior management, with a focus on customer success, long-term growth, and sustainable results aligned with Group objectives.**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- **Proactive control of reports, projection and planning, including the financial analysis, forecast and follow up.**:
- **Establish and maintain effective cost control.**:
- **Manage assets of the company's investments ensuring efficient internal control.**:
- **Lead credit and collection team taking a leadership role, working proactively, and demonstrating accountability in reducing overdue payments in collaboration with managers, operations and sales people.**:
- **Establish, maintain and track inventory targets.**:
- **Manage statutory, legal and taxation requirements**:
- **Assist in the coordination of external audit requirements for the legal entity.**:
- **Develop and manage a professional, highly competent team that operates with a good team spirit.**:
- **Work closely with the internal financial service providers.**:
- **Take care of the legal aspects of the business.**:
- **Keep policies and procedures up to date and participate in internal and external audits.**:
