5+ years of IT implementation experience
- Experience implementing AWS services in a variety of distributed computing environments
- Experience leading the design, development and deployment of business software at scale or recent hands-on technology infrastructure, network, compute, storage, and virtualization experience
- Experience with software development life cycle (sdlc) and agile/iterative methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field
- Experience as a technical specialist in Customer-facing roles
- Customer facing skills to represent AWS well within the customer's environment and drive discussions with senior personnel regarding trade-offs, best practices, project management and risk mitigation
- Scripting and/or coding skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations. Fluency in English and native language (Spanish)

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Professional Services engage in a wide variety of projects for customers and partners, providing collective experience from across the AWS customer base and are obsessed about strong success for the Customer. We are looking for highly talented hands-on technical consulting architects who can lead complex projects to help our customers accelerate their journey to the cloud. This is a customer facing role. You could be required to travel to client locations and deliver professional services as needed.
Key job responsibilities
**Your responsibilities will include**:
Work with customers and partners to understand their business target outcomes and use your business and technical skills to design and build architecture solutions, which is catalyst for the cloud journey. You will own and complete key tasks and deliverables, and collaborate with others to define and implement optimal, complete solutions based on stakeholders needs.
Collaborate across the entire AWS organization to develop trusted strategic relationships with customer key stakeholders.

You will work towards customer business outcomes, ensuring there is a strong connection between delivery activities and business objectives.
Work with AWS engineering teams to convey partner and enterprise customer feedback as input to AWS technology roadmaps.
Collaborate with AWS field sales, technical sales, training and support teams to help partners and customers learn and use AWS platform services.
Travel to client locations and deliver professional services when needed
