Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad y Fomentar las prácticas proactivas y preventivas en los grupos de trabajo
- Liderar la mejora continúa
- Asegurar el periódico monitoreo del Tablero de Gestión del área.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los volúmenes de producción establecidos en los programas con el rol disponible
- Asegurar la integridad de registros
- Atender la producción dando seguimiento a los siguientes objetivos de costo:

- Mano de obra
- Materiales industriales
- Scrap
- Dar soporte a los Lideres de Equipo y Equipos de Trabajo para que cada uno pueda alcanzar sus objetivos
- Asegurar el cumplimiento del programa de reconocimientos al Personal
- Administrar la mano de obra en términos de disciplina interactuando con el sindicato y relaciones laborales según necesidad
- Liderar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo del Área y los equipos.
- Mantener y mejorar las 5S del sector.
