Project Overview
The hiring manager is leading Contact Center Data Analytics Strategy to enable centralized data storage and enable the culture of “In-The-Moment” reporting model, empowering & enabling business partners to build and run their own metrics.
- United is looking to enhancing their data analytics capabilities, and this new team will contribute to the establishment of best practices in data analytics for customer care and leverage data to drive business insights.

**o Some examples of where they can gain insights**:
In the Moment Care - self service capabilities leading to quick issue resolution & reduced agent dependencies.

Proactive agent outreach - to mileage plus members receiving less than desired service quality.

Case creation through Chat - reducing call volumes & enabling agents to provide better quality response.

Customer Care & Contact Centers Technology line of business.
Job Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows in Tibco Spotfire to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources such as databases, APIs, flat files, and other systems.

Develop efficient data extraction strategies to retrieve data from source systems while ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance.

Perform data profiling, data cleansing, and data transformation activities to ensure data quality and consistency.

Implement error handling, exception management, and data validation techniques to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data.

Collaborate with data engineers and architects to integrate and harmonize data from various sources into Tibco Spotfire.

Develop and optimize data integration processes using ETL best practices and performance tuning techniques.

Identify and resolve data integration issues, such as data inconsistencies, data conflicts, and data quality problems.

Monitor and analyze ETL performance to identify bottlenecks and optimize the overall data processing throughput.

Identify opportunities for process automation, reusability, and efficiency improvements.

Implement performance tuning techniques to optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.

Work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and data scientists to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data flow and alignment with business goals.

Document ETL workflows, data mappings, and transformations for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to ETL processes, data integration, and data quality.

Identify and resolve data-related issues, system errors, and performance problems in a timely manner.

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.

**Requisitos**:
Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

4+ years as an ETL Developer, preferably with a focus on Tibco Spotfire.

Strong knowledge of Tibco Spotfire, including data extraction, transformation, and loading techniques.

Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases like Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.

Experience with ETL tools and frameworks such as Tibco Spotfire, SSIS, Informatica, or similar.

Solid understanding of data integration concepts, data modeling, and data warehousing principles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) and data visualization.
