**Position Overview**:
As a UI/UX Designer at CaryHealth, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of healthcare by creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and leverage your design expertise to deliver seamless and engaging experiences for our diverse user base. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the accessibility, efficiency, and usability of our digital products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **User-Centric Design**:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of user requirements and pain points.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to visualize design solutions.
- Design user interfaces that strike a balance between aesthetics and functionality, ensuring an exceptional user experience.
- **Visual Design**:

- Adhere to brand guidelines and design principles to maintain visual coherence across products.
- Incorporate industry best practices and the latest design trends to develop innovative and attractive interfaces.
- **Prototyping and Testing**:

- Develop interactive prototypes to visualize and validate design concepts.
- Conduct user testing and integrate feedback to refine and enhance designs.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to smoothly integrate design elements.
- Effectively communicate and present design concepts to stakeholders and team members.
- **User Research**:

- Perform user research to gain insights into user behavior and preferences.
- Utilize research findings to inform design decisions and optimize user experiences.
- **Continuous Learning**:

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

**Requirements**:
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a minimum of 3 years in designing web and mobile interfaces.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of user interface and user experience design projects. Please provide link if available.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to communicate design concepts.
- Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma or InVision to create interactive and clickable prototypes.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate collaboration with development teams.
- Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, and other user-centered design methodologies.
- Ability to iterate on designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
- Passion for healthcare and a desire to contribute to improving the healthcare experience for individuals.
