At Ready Set, we shoot and edit fresh video ads for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok every week for clients like DoorDash, Hims + hers, Brigit and more.

It's like Saturday Night Live: Monday we're writing on a new script and the rest of the week our producers and editors work to get it made. The ad then goes into testing and we get to learn if it's a hit or not. Coming up with ads that have a 7-figure impact for clients is an awesome feeling

**What you'll do**
- Manage and own multiple clients and campaigns, implementing, optimizing and reporting their results and finding new opportunities based on media insights analysis.
- Leverage cultural trends, consumer and category insights, and media insights and trends to inform and guide strategy, channel mix and tactical recommendations for not only media campaigns but to support and inspire creative teams.
- Identify, understand and adopt new techniques and emerging technologies as relevant to clients' media strategies.
- Partner with the creative and client success management teams, to guide measurement planning, campaign analysis, reporting, optimization recommendations and internal training.
- Participate in the development of specific program components such as presentations, media plans, media agreements, RFPs, client reporting, optimization strategies, audits, etc.

**What you are good at**:

- Lead presentations, both internally and to the client, on all things media with a focus on performance and creativity.
- Immersed in emerging technology, trends and innovations in digital media and knowledge of the changing media landscape in regards to trends in tracking and measurement.
- Experience using and optimizing full funnel campaigns using 1st and 3rd party attribution models such as MMM and MTA.
- Proven capabilities in building full funnel media strategies inclusive of both brand focused and acquisition driving media campaigns.
- Deeply experienced with tactics for all digital paid media including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snap, Google and YouTube.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback, guidance and solutions to internal team and clients

**You bring**:

- Deep expertise in leading $300,000+ media campaigns with a focus on driving revenue and customer acquisition for DTC brands using paid performance.
- Experience in Meta Ads, Tik Tok Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
- 3/4+ years of media strategy development, media planning and negotiating in agencies and/or brand environments
- Direct Response experience with full comprehension of business goals, CPA-orientated results, ROAS best practices; past experience and deep understanding of the e-commerce environment.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, and the ability to distill and analyze reporting and data into compelling insights and actionable strategies for clients
