**Payer Insight / Payer Strategist**
**Role Purpose**:Understand the payors journey (key decision tree) and collect insights to identify opportunities to tackle business goals.
**General Description**:to interact with key external / intenal stakeholders to get insight from health system
**Interactions with**:BU / Commercial / Pagadores / HMO / BI / BI vendors / Medical / PSP / Legal / Compliance
**Necessary Qualifications**:
- Has in-depth industry knowledge and expertise. ( experience in Sales / mkt / commercial is a plus)
- Experience to develop and execute program strategies
- Team-oriented style and manner to work collaboratively and effectively in a matrix organization fueled by him/herself
- Demonstrates an understanding of organizational resources, priorities, needs and policies of both Pfizer and Costumers.
- Demonstrates creativity and judgment in delivering innovative new approaches, value added propositions and solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Has experience in analyzing complex new situations, anticipates potential problems & future needs, and assesses opportunity impacts and risks.
- Demonstrates patient empathy skills including Problem solving, Negotiation, Influence, Facilitation, Listening, and Project Management.
- Data Management Expertise and Quality Assurance experience preferred
**Core Responsibilities / Key Activities**:
- **Customer Facing**:
- To interact with key payers in order to understand customer needs; anticipating potentially changes the could impact Pfizer assets.
- Make recommendations based on his/her analysis
- To Organize non branded payers AB to detect specific insight.
- **Non-Customer Facing**:
- Be an expert on payers & their needs supporting product Strategist to develop taylor made strategies. (per payers arquetype)
- Create payers plans per brand / portfolio partnering with payers and commercial.
- Develop market data Data Collection to identify market opportunities / gaps proposing actions.
- To ensure XF/BU teams aligned to implement taylor made strategies per payer arquetype.
- Keep updated BU / Medical about payers' environment.
- Delivery valuable insight information to support i Market Access Strategies.
- Collaborate to build Market Access Plan
- Based on his/her knowledge; analysis and insights propose strategies to speed up access for new assets
