What you need to be successful
- Profesionales de carreras como ingeniería, licenciatura en administración o equivalente en estadística, análisis de negocio, informática o sistemas de información.
- Sólida experiência de dos años o más en posiciones de estrategia de negocio, análisis minería de datos, consultoría o tecnología.
- Conocimiento avanzado de todo el paquete Office, incluidas las tablas dinámicas, Power Pivot y el desarrollo de fórmulas complejas.
- Dominio del idioma inglés.
- Excelente capacidad de análisis.
- Fuerte iniciativa, organización, comunicación, trabajo en equipo, colaboración y habilidades analíticas.
- Fuertes habilidades interpersonales; capacidad para construir relaciones positivas, exhibir y ganar confianza.
- Creatividad y curiosidad.
- Capaz de priorizar objetivos, identificar compensaciones, identificar necesidades de recursos y desarrollar y comunicar casos de negocios y planes de implementación.
**Será un plus contar con**:
- Maestría en administración de empresas, finanzas o ciencia de datos (concluida o en progreso).
- Experiência en la creación de informes y paneles con las herramientas de Business Intelligence como Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc. para analizar datos sobre el rendimiento de ventas.
- Experiência en extraer y limpiar datos de Salesforce y otras plataformas SaaS utilizando herramientas visuales (Power Query, Talend, SSIS, CloverETL, etc.) y código (se prefiere Python).
