Once you are indeed prepared, though, here's what we'll expect from you:

- Test and turn-on pop-ups.
- Oversee system installation and setup especially with klaviyo, and customizing these for business needs.
- Run tests to check functionality and efficiency of softwares.
- Help the management team or your internal team to decide what IT systems solutions and infrastructure upgrades will be needed to meet client expectations.
- Help to create training materials and operating manuals.
- Conduct dedicated sending domains whenever they are necessary and the client has agreed to do so.

- High attention to detail

- At least 2 years of experience in computer networks and systems maintenance.
- Proficient in database programming and software installation.
- Proficiency in written English communication.
- Proficiency in Google Drive Suite, especially in Google Docs and Sheets.
- Strong computer and technological skills.
- Digital marketing background.

**PREFERABLE SKILLS**:

- Spanish
- Slack
- ClickUp
- UX/UI
- Figma
- Experience with ecommerce or DTC niche
