**Job Description**:
The New Customers Account Manager will be responsible to drive Sales growth in the assigned territory beyond current served market and customers. Will also be accountable to accomplish Sales and Initiatives targets based on a set of assigned accounts and deliver accurate monthly forecast. He/She should also perform a continuous assessment of the market to add/delete accounts to/from the account package. Multi-team coordination and cooperation with Business Units, Sales, Marketing and Distributors is required to increase coverage and speed.
**Basic Qualifications/Knowledge/Experience**:
- 5 years sales experience in Industrial Automation or IT environments
- Multi-Industry knowledge (F&B, W/WW, Chemical, Life Science, Power Generation)
- Basic Financial acumen (ability to read and understand client’s annual reports)
- Knowledge of Outcome Based Selling technics to develop high level relationships and deliver value to clients
**Preferred Qualifications/Knowledge/Experience**:
- Industrial Automation market knowledge
- Industrial Software market knowledge
- Rockwell Automation Portfolio
**Leadership Competencies Required**:
- Entrepreneurial mindset and agility
- Negotiation skills
- Self-motivated
- Able to manage a big pull of customers/prospects and several pursuits in parallel
