- Buscamos un perfil técnico para **coordinar la** **resolución de vulnerabilidades** detectadas en los distintos sistemas en scope
- Los sistemas cuentan con distintos esquemas de soporte, por ejemplo:
- Proveedores externos que han desarrollado soluciones a medida
- Soluciones SaaS genéricas
- Sistemas internos alojados en la nube de AWS
- Soluciones internas basadas en SAP R/3
- Se requiere un perfil proactivo y flexible que pueda adaptarse a las distintas dinámicas de trabajo necesarias para conseguir el objetivo de mantener las vulnerabilidades dentro del SLA acordado según su criticidad
**Conocimiento técnico**
- Dado que éste perfil va a trabajar con muchos equipos, se requiere como **mandatorio** un conocimiento general de tecnología y adicionalmente **deseable**, tener conocimientos en las plataformas utilizadas, no un experto en un cada dominio en particular
- _ Ninguna plataforma técnica es excluyente_, ya que es muy amplia la variedad. Algunos ejemplos:
- Conocimientos de AWS / Azure y Cloud en general
- Sistemas operativos Windows y Linux
- Sistemas Web desarrollados en diversos lenguajes y plataformas (Java,.NET, etc)
- SAP R/3 / Integraciones con SAP PI
- Conocimientos básicos de ITIL / Service management
- Manejo de tickets y changes en herramientas de gestión tipo “Service Now”
- Conocimientos básicos de JIRA
**Requisitos y calificaciones** Skills**
- Se requiere un perfil que pueda trabajar haciendo un buen seguimiento de un backlog a procesar y aplicando el seguimiento necesario para cada caso
- Interacción constante con equipos nuevos o distintos según el sistema
- Se requiere buen nível de inglés para interactuar con otros equipos fuera de Latinoamérica
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en un entorno ágil de priorización variable según la criticidad de los temas detectados
**Informaciones adicionales** Resumen del puesto**:
- No es un Ing. en Cyber Security, sino una persona que pueda plantear los riesgos a los clientes (internos y externos) y hacer el seguimiento correspondiente de su solución.
- Tiene que hablar bien inglés porque si bien va a interactuar con gente de Latinoamérica, su líder está en Polonia y tiene que poder comunicarse y levantar los puntos a ella.
- No tiene que ser experto en nada, pero sí tener algún conocimiento básico de la terminología de una gran diversidad de lenguajes porque va a tener que conversar sobre los riesgos cibernéticos de distintas áreas y, si bien no tiene que resolverlos, tiene que tener idea de qué le están hablando.
- Que pueda manejar Backlog
- No debería ser un Senior, más bien un junior
- Horario Argentine pero puede que tengan reuniones fuera del horario, se pide flexibilidad (son periódicas pero existen)
- Si está en Buenos Aires (que se prefiere) va a tener que ir a las oficinas de Malaver una vez por semana, pero podría estar en cualquier lugar.
- Como para tener una comparación con una posición ya definida, podríamos hablar de un Service Manager Jr., no necesitan un Service Manager, pero es lo más parecido que hay.
