**What You Will Do**
- The Financial Planning & Analysis team combines traditional financial planning and analysis with broader business decision-making and strategy, directly supporting leadership. The FP&A Analyst is embedded in daily operations, supporting both near-term execution and long-term planning. The Analyst is expected to analyze data, provide recommendations, and lead cross-functional decision-making and implementation of recommendations.
- Lead the development of the annual budget by collaborating with executives, finance managers, country managers, and other key stakeholders to define the best strategies, develop recommendations, and impact the decision-making of senior leadership.
- Analyze monthly financial results, including a detailed variance review.
- Update and perform an analytical review of financial results and understand the main drivers of potential variances.
- Monitor and report performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met through KPI tracking and management dashboards.
- Provide support during external and internal audits.
- Continually improve the current processes, tools, and methodologies for budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and financial reporting to improve efficiency, accuracy, timeliness, and the level of support for the business.

**What You Need**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent education and experience.
- Advanced written and speaking English
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing within Finance, as well as cross-functionally and with leadership
- Ability to review and analyze financial reports and present financial information to a non-financial audience in a concise and easily comprehensible manner
- Proficiency with accounting software packages is necessary and experience with SAP / JDE / Hyperion (HFM) are preferred
- 7+ years of experience in finance/accounting areas
- 2+ years of experience in FP&A
- Proven experience at products/manufacturing industries. Medical devices or pharmaceutical experience preferred
