**Responsabilidades e atribuições**Perform day to day support, administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform including mid-servers and integration points

Work directly with end users to troubleshoot and resolve support issues

Review and provide ample feedback on documented business requirements to be able to fulfill acceptance criterias

Develop clear and concise technical and process documentations

Perform code reviews to ensure that the quality is being met with regard to coding standards, integration, extensibility, and security.

**Requisitos e qualificações**
Minimum Requirements:

- ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2-4 years IT work experience
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as a ServiceNow Developer, preferably with more than 1 product expertise such as HRSD, CSM, ITSM, SPM & ITOM
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML with hands-on experience in ServiceNow scripting and development
- Working experience with forms, fields, view, client scripts, UI policy and actions
- Familiarity working in an Agile environment with focus in SCRUM methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design effective ServiceNow solutions

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with API Integrations with other systems
- Experience with the configuration of the platform portals and service catalogs across products
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM)

Ability to work independently or with team /demonstrate strong initiative and self-starter

ServiceNow - Certified Application Developer

ServiceNow - Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM/CSM/HR
