**Responsabilidades del Rol**:
Como **Technical Project Manager** en Darwoft, tendrás un rol clave en supervisar y coordinar proyectos técnicos de desarrollo de software. Tu foco será garantizar la entrega exitosa de productos tecnológicos de alta calidad, liderando equipos en entornos ágiles. Las principales responsabilidades incluyen:

- ** Gestión del Backlog Técnico**: Priorizar y gestionar el backlog de desarrollo, asegurando que los objetivos técnicos y comerciales se alineen.
- ** Gestión de Incrementos Ágiles**: Supervisar las iteraciones en un entorno Ágil, garantizando que cada ciclo de desarrollo sea productivo, eficiente y cumpla con los requisitos técnicos.
- ** Coordinación con Equipos Técnicos**: Colaborar estrechamente con desarrolladores, arquitectos y otros equipos técnicos para garantizar la correcta implementación de las soluciones.
- ** Planificación y Gestión de Lanzamientos**: Coordinar la planificación de lanzamientos, trabajando con equipos de desarrollo y otros stakeholders para asegurar entregas a tiempo.
- ** Monitoreo y Control de Proyectos**: Gestionar costos, plazos, calidad y riesgos técnicos, asegurando la entrega exitosa del proyecto en conformidad con los estándares establecidos.
- ** Documentación y Reportes Técnicos**: Preparar reportes detallados sobre el avance de los proyectos, identificando posibles problemas y proponiendo soluciones técnicas.

**Requisitos**:

- ** Experiência**: Mínimo 5 años de experiência gestionando proyectos de software de alta complejidad en entornos ágiles.
- ** Certificación SCRUM**: Certificación como SCRUM Master o experiência equivalente en metodologías ágiles.
- ** Conocimientos Técnicos**: Fuerte comprensión de los procesos de desarrollo de software, arquitectura técnica, y metodologías ágiles. Experiência trabajando con tecnologías de vanguardia y sistemas distribuidos.
- ** Habilidades de Comunicación**: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en inglés (nível B2 o superior).
- ** Capacidad de Resolución de Problemas**: Habilidad analítica para tomar decisiones estratégicas y técnicas basadas en datos.
- ** Trabajo en Equipo**: Experiência colaborando en equipos orientados a proyectos técnicos, con un enfoque en resultados.
