**What You’ll Do for Us**

Active participation in the financial team to identify and to resolve the problems and situations related to accounting and financial reports. Complying with the requests of information and to assure in time and accuracy the fulfillment of the works.

Achieving the closing of all the operations of the month, this to obtaining the monthly financial result of the Plant. This process includes the validation and revision of the operations registered in the greater accountants, determination of provisions, prices variations registrations, closing of processes carried out in the systems in exploitation, analysis of accounts, entry of data in the forms of work, etc.

Technical skills: Accounting; Forecasting; Controlling; Data skills (SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, P Bi); English Spanish.

Responsible of executing, controlling, preparing, and developing all the financial activities of the Argentina Concentrate Plant in relationship with Cost, Inventories and Reporting process. Achieving the closing of all the operations of the month, this to obtaining the monthly financial result of the business:

- Monthly CPS Argentina P&L RE Estimated
- Monthly RE Estimated of Purchase Price Variations & Coordinate Monthly meetings of PPV with Transportation´s team
- Perform month and year-end closing
- Lead & Perform the Region Standard Process Preparation and Control & New Products Cost
- Ensure that Finance processes comply with TCCC policies and local regulations.
- Keep Plant accounting records accurate and up to date
- Works closer all areas to ensure the Productivity Initiative for CPS Argentina P&L
- Quarterly Cost Model reports to the Operation Units
- Prepare any other financial report requested

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Be the role mode
- Be a financial reference
- Take responsibility for development of others by sharing knowledge and information and delegation of tasks and responsibilities where possible
- Back Up of Finance Manager of Purchase Order authorization & other
- Identify and record any activity that may improve procedures, or any other activity related to Argentina Concentrate Plant Processes
- Financial support the Operations Manager and other areas
- Maintain effective and efficient internal controls
- Solve issues regarding any finance situation
- Participate in the development and/or modification of procedures and systems to improve the performance in the Plant
- Financial Analysis: Although there are processes, new approaches must be developed constantly
- Accounting decisions
