This role will conduct ‘on the job’ process improvement training as well as quality control activities for Customer Care staff.

**Role Responsibilities**
- End-to-end documentation process and internal audit for the Customer Care Team.
- Work closely with the regions operations teams to ensure follow up on various operations projects such new agent enrolment and training.
- Monthly reports of KPIs area and support to team leaders, detect opportunities, set up actions and improve it.
- Updated the internal process to the global audit.
- Active participation in different projects. You’ll be the point of contact with corporate areas and systems updated.
- Search for opportunities for improvement in operational aspects to achieve efficiencies and reinvest that time in other projects, recurring interactions with the different areas of the Company related to the Sector (Compliance, Systems, Security).
- Creation, monitoring and planning of the annual training plan for new hires in the Customer Care team.
- Creation of process flows and test cases recognizing problem areas, analyzing solutions, and generating recommendations for their resolution.

**Role Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree or be a student and at least 3 years’ experience in process improvements and Customer Care.
- Microsoft package understanding,
- Power BI management (desirable)
- Advanced English level (exclusive)
- Agile methodologies are desirable or PM certification.
- Good communication and methodological skills are required.
