Job Purpose
The Reporting Analyst works directly with our client and with their Project Portfolio Management team, running different reports requested and following up with Project Managers regarding the status of various projects. They participate in team meetings as well as improvement plans for the client’s tool and processes. They send out Lessons Learned surveys, compile the information received into a deliverable presentation and conduct roundtable to discuss the results.
Key Responsibilities
- PPM Reporting - Frequent reporting the status of client-lead projects.
- PPM Tool Updates - Suggesting enhancements, reporting bugs and testing improvements to the client’s PPM tool.
- Lessons Learned prep - Creation and distribution of Lesson Learned Surveys for the client’s projects, as well as the compilation and presentation of their findings and results.
Skills & Experience
- Advanced English is a must-have
- Ability to take ownership of client’s processes and follow up for updates.
- Experience with Excel and Tableau.
- Ability to work independently and in constant and direct contact with clients.
