Wordpress Backend Webmaster

We are a group of B2B Industrial Equipment companies, managing multiple websites across different industries. As our online presence continues to grow, we are looking for a skilled WordPress Backend Webmaster to join our team and help maintain and improve the backend functionality of our websites.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the backend of multiple WordPress websites, including server management, database optimization, and security updates.
- Implement website performance improvements, including caching, database optimization, and server configurations.
- Monitor website uptime and performance, and troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and content creators to ensure the seamless integration of frontend and backend functionalities.
- Implement and maintain website backups and disaster recovery plans.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development and WordPress backend management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a WordPress Backend Webmaster or similar role, managing multiple websites.
- Proficiency in WordPress backend management, including server configurations, database optimization, and security best practices.
- Strong understanding of web server technologies, such as Apache, Nginx, and MySQL.
- Experience with website performance optimization techniques, such as caching and CDN integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
