We are looking for a new** Actuarial Associate** to join the** **Global Actuarial Modeling (GAM)** team of our **Center of Excellence in Buenos Aires**.
This is a role in Global Actuarial Modeling (GAM) team, specifically focusing on Global Systems Development (GSD) team. GAM is a part of Actuarial Resources function, which sits within Finance Management Group (FMG).
GAM GSD team plays the crucial role interacting with the different GAM Regional teams and with the different IT Teams as well as it is responsible for the global systems and tools that are part of the end-to end-processes across basis.
**What you will do in this role **
- Support MIAME UI releases by contributing on specs and testing activities.
- Contribute on maintaining Global Tools up to date as needed.
- Quarterly update EEV and IFRS FX rates
- Help to maintain robust run and rerun metrics.
**To help you succeed, you need to**
- Be an actuarial student or a recently graduated actuary.
- Have experience working on cross functional transformation projects.
- Have Strong communication and presentation skills both in Spanish and English
- Be capable of developing and maintaining strong working relationships with project team members, IT, and business resources.
**Advantageous skills and experience**:
- Familiarity with EEV, US GAAP, IFRS, US GAAP standards.
- Prophet software experience
- Experience in other ancillary tools/technology, e.g. Python, R, Power BI, Altyerx
