About the Role

**Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing appointments.
- Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, ensuring seamless logistics for the CEO and the company.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events attended by the CEO, including agenda preparation, and follow-up tasks.
- Prepare presentations, documents, and reports for the CEO, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to corporate standards and brand guidelines.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the CEO professionally in all interactions.
- Skilled in taking meeting minutes and diligently following up on actionable items, ensuring effective communication and task completion.
- Provide strategic assistance to the CEO, conducting research, gathering data, and preparing materials to support decision-making and business initiatives.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or in a similar role, supporting C-level executives, preferably in the USA.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with professional and courteous behavior.
- Ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and company matters.
- Must excel in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability under pressure.
- Proficiency in English, at either a native or advanced level, is required.
- Preferred location: Latin America & Caribbean
- Availability required from 9am-6pm EDT/EST
