Your role at Clorox:
This position will report operationally to the Sales Director Latam. The eCommerce LATAM Head has 2 direct reports and receives “dotted line” support from the Accelerator Team (Int’l BUs).

In this role, you will:
The E-Commerce LATAM Head will be responsible for developing the regional E-Commerce strategy and executing the plan to deliver against financial objectives. It has to drive new business development and partnership opportunities with the leading players in the eCommerce space in LATAM and work closely to Global team sharing strategy and learning.

Will lead the transformation on Sales MT to build capabilities for Omnichannel thinking on Brick & click customers and will work with the organization to understand and adjust new business models across the markets.

Business & Sales Objectives: Develop e-Commerce in-line with BU objectives by executing innovation, maximizing base business and translating brand/category strategies into tactical plans. Drive superior AMPS/AAA execution and trade funds efficiency and effectiveness. Work with BE to drive an integrated digital retail media plan.

Strategic Plan: Provide leadership and direction in order to support the strategic plan in those areas where e-Commerce has responsibility or influence. Work with Marketing and Sales teams to determine the role of eCommerce in order to develop the needed plans. Full involvement in Business Cycle process: LRP - Budget - Forecasts.

Sales Objectives: Responsible for delivering sales volume and activities objectives (quarterly and yearly). Implements best tools-procedures-processes to both manage x-functional plans and then track & act against learning. Owns the communications of progress vs. plan to LATAM LT.

Key Accounts: Responsible for the the development and implementation of account strategies and JBP´s for Pure Players, Market Places and Last Milers. Serves as the POC for x-country JBP and relationship development. Create a working process to drive omni-JBPs for Brick & Clicks. Train, develop and manage ecomm KAMs providing consistent and timely feedback. Ensure that customers are managed in a manner that delivers superior results while not compromising company principles and values.

What we look for:
Years and Type of Experience:
- 10 years of experience in Consumer goods. (Multinational experience must have)- +3-5 Years working on e-Commerce & Digital. Understand the technical e-Commerce and Digital world (Market Places, 1P and 3P models; digital media).- Demonstrated capability of effectively developing brands via DTC/Pure Play/Marketplace Retail environments; Experience with managing B&M + Last Milers is a major positive.- Demonstrated strong process orientation (must have)- Experience in Marketing / TM/ Digital (good to have)- Experience with managing a P&L useful (revenue, RR, A&SP)- Digital Marketing (Social, SEM/SEO, Display, etc.) - Planning, optimizing, managing as part of total engagement plan- Sales Operations and Planning (Marketing good to have)- Strategic Thinking
