Seguimos creciendo, y por eso estamos buscando **Technical Recruiter** con ganas de aprender y aportar para sumarse a nuestro equipo de reclutamiento.

Somos una **empresa regional, abocada a la selección y reclutamiento de personal tecnológico, con más de 12 años de experiência** en la industria tecnológica que cuenta con 14 empleados, certificada en ISO 9000 y con un claro objetivo**:conectar a profesionales IT con organizaciones que necesiten incorporar talento tech y les propongan nuevos e interesantes desafíos.**

¿Qué necesitás para ser parte del equipo?

**Por eso, nuestros "Aliancruiters" se ponen en el lugar del cliente y buscan hablar el lenguaje de los/las postulantes, para así lograr ser el nexo entre ambas partes y llegar a un resultado exitoso.** Para ello trabajamos usando metodologías ágiles aplicadas al trabajo diario, buscando siempre aportar valor rápidamente, simplificar las cosas e iterar siempre que sea necesario.

**Por eso, para conseguir los resultados propuestos esperamos que cuentes con**:

- Al menos **1 año de experiência en reclutamiento, haciendo selección de personal en consultoras y/o empresas del rubro** (excluyente).**Ser estudiante de alguna carrera Universitaria o Terciaria** (excluyente).**Muy buen manejo de herramientas informáticas y redes sociales** (excluyente).- Conocimientos de herramientas de selección/sourcing (deseable).- Dominio de inglés avanzado (deseable).
- Si trabajás con algún sistema de gestión empresarial (ATS, CRM), es un plus

¿Qué vas a hacer?

Como Technical Recruiter, tu **principal objetivo** **será trabajar en equipo colaborativamente**. Algunas de tus principales metas:
- **Evaluarás y analizarás los perfiles de postulantes y elaborarás informes post-entrevista.**- A medida que vayas teniendo experiência,** realizarás relevamiento de perfiles IT con diversos clientes** y acompañarás a postulantes y empresas desde el inicio hasta el fin del proceso de reclutamiento.

¿Cuándo trabajarás?

La franja de trabajo de referencia es de** 8 horas, de lunes a viernes, comenzando entre las 08:00 y las 10:00 AM, hora Argentina (GMT-3)**, donde **todo el equipo estará disponible** en esos momentos.

¿Con qué herramientas trabajarás?

Utilizarás herramientas como **Google workspace, Slack, Zoho recruit** y otras herramientas para poder trabajar colaborativamente y virtualmente.

¿Dónde trabajarás?

Trabajarás **en un esquema mixto (Remoto** - **On Site)** asistiendo **una vez por semana a la oficina** para compartir con el equipo mates, café, facturas, más las tareas del día y luego, algunos after office.

¿Con quién trabajarás?

**Tu posición es parte del team de Reclutamiento**, pero también compartirás mucho con el equipo Comercial y el equipo de Comunicación & Marketing.

¿Qué ofrecemos?
- **Relación de dependencia directa con Aliantec.**Capacitaciones técnicas in company y capacitaciones soft skills.**Flexibilidad horaria** ingresando de 8 a 10 de lunes a viernes y cumpliendo las 8 horas laborales.**Cumplidos los 3 meses, tenemos Alianflex** (**cada 15 días los viernes cortamos a las 15 hs.**) y en verano aprovechamos un poco más del sol.**Prepaga** primer nível.**Clases de inglés.**Día de cumple libre.**

- **¿Puedo aplicar si vivo fuera de Argentina?**
**No,** por el momento **solo estamos convocando a personas** **que vivan dentro del AMBA**, por cuestiones de cercanía y disponibilidad horaria.
- ** ¿De qué fases consta el proceso de selección? ¿Será muy largo?**
El proceso de selección consta de **2 instancias.** La primera se compone de** dos entrevistas** con el equipo de reclutamiento. La última etapa es la** evaluación psicotécnica y exámenes médicos**. Calculamos que todo el proceso puede tomarnos **entre 10 y 20 días.** Con el OK en todas las instancias ya estarás en condiciones de sumarte al equipo
