- En Experis Argentina estamos en la búsqueda de Cloud Support Engineer Ssr para trabajar dando soporte en el área de infraestructura y con la nube.

**Contratación bajo relación de dependencia con el cliente.**

**Modalidad Full time - viernes a lunes de 10 a 19 Hs. O 12 a 21 Hs.**

**Tareas**:
- Trabajar directamente con los clientes en entornos locales y en la nube para resolver problemas simples a complejos en un entorno de servicios gestionados.
- Aceptar tickets de una cola de tickets técnicos o de un despachador y ayudar a resolver el problema de un cliente.
- Servir como punto de escalado técnico a los Ingenieros de Soporte de Nube I.
- Trabajar con tecnologías como AWS, Azure, VMware, O365 / Exchange, Citrix, Veeam, y otras tecnologías de los clientes para mantener y cumplir con las métricas de SLA y la disponibilidad del entorno de los clientes.
- Tareas técnicas diarias, semanales y mensuales de aplicación de parches, gestión de vulnerabilidades, actualizaciones y otras obligaciones contractuales.
- Comunicarse con el cliente directamente para ayudar a resolver y actualizarlos diariamente sobre el estado del ticket para cumplir con los SLA para cada ticket asignado a usted.
- Trabajar en despliegues de clientes en entornos de producción.
- Trabajar en tiempo real con los clientes utilizando herramientas de colaboración como Slack y Teams para resolver incidencias
- Conviértase en un líder y un experto técnico en la materia en entornos en la nube y locales de los clientes.
- Ayudar a automatizar tareas de mantenimiento repetitivas comunes y ser un líder de opinión.
- Este puesto tiene responsabilidades de rotación fuera del horario laboral y de guardia.,

**Requisitos**
- Más de 4 años de experiência práctica en una práctica tecnológica específica (infraestructura, red, almacenamiento, servidores, seguridad, Windows, Linux, VMware, etc.).
- Sólida experiência en administración, solución de problemas y configuración de infraestructuras Microsoft y/o Linux - Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, PowerShell, etc.,- 3+ Años de experiência en un papel de cara al cliente (servicios profesionales, soporte, etc.) y la capacidad de gestionar las relaciones con los clientes hasta el nível senior / ejecutivo es crítico.
- Experiência con procesos DevOps y lenguajes como Python, Node.JS y JavaScript.
