Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

- Train and guide new employees
- Document all the processes carried out within the NOC
- Collaborate with supervisors to identify training needs
- Prepare Uptraining sessions to strengthen knowledge
- Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees
- Provide support to any of the groups within the NOC
- Make reports on the training carried out by the operators
- Take courses to obtain more knowledge that can be transmitted to the NOC
- Collaborate with NOC North team to establish and maintain best practices
- High School Diploma required, Bachelors Degree preferred
- Good manage of the English language (written and oral)
- Previous experience in a NOC or have knowledge of telecommunications networks.
- Understand Organizational Climate, Culture and Underlying Issues to achieve required goals/targets.
- Understands JIT (Just in Time) concepts as they pertain to Customer Operations
- Outstanding planning, scheduling, and coordination skills
- Easy adaptation to change
- A team player that will work well in a cross functional team environment
