**HR Generalist**

As the HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in the delivery of Human Resources services at Flexiti for our Argentinian Operations located in Rosario. Reporting to the Director, HR (located in Canada), you will be the primary point of contact for all employee inquiries in Rosario, and partner with the HR team on various exciting engagement and culture building projects. **Main Duties**:

- Act as an ambassador for Flexiti’s HR Department by provide guidance to employees & people managers on HR programs, policies, and general administration.
- Understand the business challenges and objectives to drive a proactive approach to human resources interventions.
- Act as a business partner to functional leaders, surfacing employee related issues and making recommendations to improve attraction, engagement, culture, and retention metrics.
- Coordinate the annual performance review process for employees in Rosario, including the salary administration process.
- Assist with salary benchmarking on an annual basis and provide input on fair and competitive comp structure.
- Perform exit interviews and consolidate feedback to help leaders understand any trends or opportunities to achieve optimal retention rates.
- Coordinate the monthly payroll process, ensuring employees are paid on time and accurately.
- Coordinate benefits administration.
- Manage the employee on-boarding experience.
- Ensure that the Canadian operation is aware of upcoming changes to employment legislation that may impact our operations in Rosario.
- Work with the functional leads to build out career roadmaps for all roles within the organization
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/ad hoc reports (turnover, engagement, diversity etc.)
- Participate on special projects as requested by the HRD or CHRO.

**What you should have**:

- You have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization and with all external contacts.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a must.
- You have thorough knowledge of employment and related legislation in Argentina.
- You have completed a relevant post-secondary program in Human Resources Management.
- You have a minimum of 2-4 years practical HR experience.
- You have solid verbal, written and listening communication and conflict resolution skills to deal effectively with multiple departments.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You have a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office Including Excel (pivot tables), Word, PowerPoint and Visio.
- You have experience using an HRIS system and administering payroll.

**Bonus points if you have**:

- Experience supporting a Canadian company with operations located in Argentina.
- Experience supporting teams of IT employees.
- Experience in a fast-growing tech company.
