**Responsabilidades Clave**: Colaborar estrechamente con jefes y supervisores para gestionar las necesidades de recursos humanos alineadas con la estrategia de Simplot. Realizar un seguimiento continuo de la estructura organizacional, identificando oportunidades de cambio y proponiéndolas para evaluación. Liderar procesos de selección, incorporación y retención de talento, asegurando la adquisición y desarrollo de habilidades críticas. Ser el punto de contacto confiable para los empleados, ofreciendo asesoramiento en asuntos laborales y desarrollo profesional. Analizar indicadores, generar métricas e informes para respaldar decisiones estratégicas. Participar activamente en la evaluación del desempeño y facilitar la resolución de conflictos. Atender reclamos de representantes gremiales, fomentando una comunicación efectiva entre todas las partes. Controlar y analizar los níveles de contratación de personal temporal, gestionando facturación y presupuesto. Facilitar un clima laboral saludable mediante la gestión efectiva de relaciones laborales. Controlar y realizar seguimiento de ausentismo, horas extras y tardanzas. Realizar seguimiento de temas legales.

**Requisitos**:
Graduado/a en Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Psicología o afines. Experiência laboral mínima de 3 años en funciones similares. Conocimiento profundo de la Ley de Contrato de Trabajo y del convenio colectivo correspondiente. Dominio avanzado de MS Office. Disponibilidad Full Time. Modalidad presencial.
