**Splunk Developer**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Splunk Developer. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining Splunk solutions to support our operational needs while ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Splunk Development:
Design, develop, and deploy Splunk solutions to meet business requirements.

Create and maintain Splunk dashboards, reports, and alerts to monitor system performance, security, and compliance.

Customize Splunk searches, queries, and data models to extract actionable insights from large volumes of data.

Integrate Splunk with other systems and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitoring and Alerting:
Configure and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and address potential issues.

Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards and reports to provide visibility into system health and performance.

Continuously optimize monitoring and alerting configurations to reduce false positives and improve incident response times.
- Documentation and Training:
Document design decisions, configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Provide training and support to internal teams on Splunk best practices, tools, and processes.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Demonstrated experience as a Splunk developer or administrator, including proficiency in Splunk search language (SPL), data modeling, and app development.

Strong scripting and automation skills using languages such as Python, Shell, or PowerShell.

Knowledge of site reliability engineering principles and best practices.

Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Nagios.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Splunk certification (e.g., Splunk Certified Developer, Splunk Certified Admin).

Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.

Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience with logging frameworks such as ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).

Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
