We're seeking an Algorithm Developer with expertise in workflow automation to streamline and optimize partners' processes. If you excel in process optimization, automation design, and effective communication, join us in transforming business operations.

**Compensation**: $2,300.00 - $2,400.00 per month (US Dollars) DOE

**Contract Phase**:
The initial phase of employment will be as a contractor, providing services remotely. Upon establishment of our Buenos Aires office, the contractor will be offered a full-time position to continue contributions onsite.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform Discovery sessions to understand partners' business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and develop automated workflow solutions using Visio and ISRD's proprietary engine to optimize partners' processes.
- Automate individual steps of partners' workflows using ISRD's proprietary engine.
- Test automated workflow solutions to ensure they meet functional requirements and performance goals.
- Collaborate with partners' cross-functional teams to integrate automated workflow solutions into their business systems.
- Utilize ISRD's tools and engine to create content within automated workflow solutions.
- Communicate effectively with partners and stakeholders to explain the benefits and limitations of automated workflow solutions.
- Continuously monitor the performance of automated workflow solutions and make modifications as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience with Visio, including creating technical diagrams and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to consult with partners and navigate corporate environments effectively.
- Proven experience mapping and optimizing complex process flows, with examples of past projects and measurable success metrics.
- Strong systems thinking skills and the ability to understand causality and correlation to drive meaningful change.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Certifications in process mapping methodologies such as Six Sigma Green or Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma, or Business Process Management (BPM).
- Alignment with the company's mission-centric values, including remaining calm under stress and delivering value through the Productization process.
