**Job Description**:
Your role will include the following main responsibilities:
- Management and delivery of the services from the Argentina delivery center
across all the service lines to ensure exceptional customer service
- Work on handling client delivery issues and escalations, noise, with support
from the Global Chief Delivery Officer and the Regional Delivery Leaders and
improve relationships with the territory stakeholders
- Identify opportunities of growth and work towards expanding the scope of
services from the Delivery center
- Drive increased margin (i.e., reducing the cost of services provided within the
center) through workforce optimization and productivity along with the
implementation of standardization, efficiency, and productivity efforts
- Partnership and collaboration with the Global Delivery Center Leadership and
Extended Leadership team in the execution of strategic, transformation, and
special projects
- Leadership, coaching, and growth of Delivery Center Leaders, identifying the
pipeline of future leaders and create succession plan for critical roles
