**Routing & Planning (Temporary - 6 months)**
**Main Purpose**:
Your mission will be to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of customer orders by managing logistics operations, maintaining order tracking systems, and collaborating with key stakeholders to optimize processes.
**Your Mission Will Be To**:
- Monitor and manage customer orders from placement to delivery, ensuring adherence to planned schedules.
- Update delivery dashboards to support KPI reporting and performance tracking.
- Coordinate and follow up on shipments of marketing materials (MM) and point-of-purchase (POP) items.
- Generate and manage delivery orders for partners (Opella/Sanofi).
- Develop and report KPIs related to daily operations and dispatches.

- Leverage tools such as SAP, Power BI, and Excel to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.

- Utilize your problem-solving skills to propose creative and effective solutions under pressure.

**What We’re Looking For**:
- A proactive and results-driven professional with a background in logistics, administration, or related fields.
- Intermediate knowledge of SAP and Excel; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- A university student or recent graduate in Administration, Logistics, Systems, or related fields.
- English proficiency (basic level required).
