**Clinical Specialist, Medical Solution Division **- Argentina**

Como Clinical Specialist desempeñarás un rol clave para liderar la creación e implementación de programas educativos que busquen elevar el nível de práctica clínica para introducir soluciones 3M al mercado de Soluciones Médicas para Argentina, con base en Buenos Aires.

- Liderarás la creación e implementación programas educativos que busquen elevar el nível de práctica clínica para introducir soluciones 3M en el mercado, alineando los programas de educación a los objetivos de la División.
- Gestionarás líderes de opinión (KOL), trabajarás con Sociedades Científicas y Universidades para elevar el nível de práctica clínica en Argentina.
- Realizarás entrenamiento interno/externo, y soporte técnico al equipo ventas 3M y clientes.
- Trabajarás en equipo con marketing y ventas para desarrollar la estrategia del negocio e influenciar el desarrollo del mercado. Siendo el soporte técnico para el desarrollo de programas de marketing y lanzamiento de nuevos productos.

**Las habilidades y experiência que buscamos**
- Profesional en Enfermería
- Experiência mínima de 2 años en ECI para quirófano.
- Manejo de inglés intermedio.
- Habilidad comunicacional (poder de persuasión y manejo escénico), trabajo en equipo, pensamiento estratégico, foco comercial con cercanía al trabajo en terreno, liderazgo y poder de resolución de conflictos.
- Disposición a viajar.
- Movilización propia y flexibilidad de horario.
