Air Liquide's Business Service Center (BSC) comprises a dedicated unit (including people, processes and technologies) that is structured as a centralized point of service focused on defined business functions. Initially the BSC will support the North America (‘NAM’) cluster and will take on support of the Latin America (‘LATAM’) cluster in a later phase.

Air Liquide's Shared Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who provide services that have previously been found in more than one part of the organization or group; thus, the funding and resourcing of the service is shared and the providing department effectively becomes an internal service provider.
**Manage collections of inter company receivables.**
- **Responsible for collections of inter company receivables for NAM**
- **Use and manage collections systems (High Radius) and invoicing systems (Oracle, Netting, etc.)**
- **Interact with internal customers on a regular basis**
- **Produce monthly reports detailing results. Understand and explain the aging report with status updates on each account.**

**Contract Administration**:

- **Responsible for the digitalization of assigned NAM Customer Agreements, and Amendments (LIBS)**
- **Coordinate and collaborate with NAM Commercial and Operational Teams on required specs and implementation (LIBS, SCADA, ALSAS)**
- **Assist NAM Billing Team with Day 1-2 Closing Tasks, and AdHoc requests**
- **Review existing contract processes to implement improvements/automatization**

**Are you a MATCH?**:
**Diploma: Bachelor in Business/Commerce/Administration (finance, accounting) or another Bachelor degree with relevant experience in collections, accounting or financial analysis.**

**1 to 3 years of relevant experience**

**Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**

**Demonstrate dedication to uncompromising accuracy in data management; attention to detail is essential.**

**Ability to lead multiple initiatives while maintaining focus on monthly deliverables.**

**Ability to function in a team environment with flexibility and limited direct supervision.**

**Works safely; aligns with AL policies and procedures.**
