**who we need**

We are looking for a Business Analyst that has a passion for analyzing and presenting data to drive business decisions. The Business Analyst will engage with multiple stakeholders within the organization to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

This position is 100% remote. The shift available is based on an EST schedule.

**what we need you to do**
- Responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Business Analytics Dashboards using Microsoft BI, Excel, and other data analytic and visualization tools.
- Build interactive and actionable reporting on top of structure data models that helps to find meaningful business insights from datasets.
- Use Power BI to create innovative executive dashboards, scorecards, and weekly/monthly reports on the status of key business measurement.
- Provide written summaries, key finding, and insights of reports.
- Gather requirements, aggregate data and design reports for all business units.
- Provide analytics on key performance indicators, analyze trends, and what-if scenario planning.
- Gather, publish and maintain information related to historical, current and future performance.
- Collaborate on ad hoc business problem-solving requests.

**what we need you to have**
- 3+ years of experience in a data science, business analytics, business intelligence.
- Experience with Data Analysis and Visualization of Power BI Dashboards.
- PowerAutomate basic knowledge is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into requirements and functional specifications.
- Strong knowledge of using SQL to write complex queries across large volumes of data.
- Keen eye for detail and able to juggle multiple tasks under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Energetic self-starter with initiative and excellent communication/presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution in Business, Finance or Computer Science.
