We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of **TRANSACTION ANALYST **to join our team:

- **Location**: Microcentro, Buenos Aires, Argentina (Modalidad híbrida)
- **Work schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- **Contract Type**: Open-ended.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support deal execution start to finish using client tracking system
- Create client ready data; aerials, demographics, site summaries, comparable deal review
- Extract data and analyze information to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Strategically review information and draw summary conclusions
- Create client ready presentations in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Review transaction process and systems for improvement ideas
- Calculate client metrics, track commissions and create transactional reports
- Assist in gathering data and responding to questions
- Maintain various data sources and dashboards
- Develop Excel files; utilize queries and formulas
- Proactively assist client in managing their real estate portfolio to achieve cost reduction, financial and occupancy optimization, monetization and other client goals
- Ensure seamless communication, consistent follow up and timely receipt of all deliverables from legal counsel (internal/external), analysts and local brokers.
- Collect client requirements, obtain market data, review market reports, retain JLL and non-JLL brokers, oversee site selection and site evaluation in coordination with local brokers.
- Manage the creation of RFP’s, negotiation of letters of intent, and submission of information required for client’s senior management.
- Work closely with JLL local teams to get the best results leveraging your knowledge and insights of your client business needs and culture.
- Forecast and track commission revenues and rebates.
- Ensure all client processes and templates are adopted and adhered to during project cycle.
- Report to and update client on activity levels as required.
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables including timelines, cash flows, presentations and approvals.
- Help to present to the client periodic strategic reviews (QBRs) and real estate opportunities such as costs savings plans, best practices, master planning and overall portfolio strategies.
- To develop strong peer relationships and gain the confidence of the client.
- Undertake Strategic LATAM Portfolio Reviews.

**Requirements**:

- Academic Degree in Business Administration or related.
- 1 year of experience in a similar position, analysis oriented.
- Proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
