Waterplan is a fast-growing startup in the Climate Tech Space that develops a B2B Enterprise SaaS platform for companies to measure, respond, report, and monitor companies´ increasingly changing water risks.
By showing companies the business case for mitigating water risk, Waterplan will accelerate their transition to a world where companies are incentivized to save more water, abate the discharge of polluting effluents, conserve watersheds and preserve shared value.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a **Senior DevSecOps** to join the Engineering team within the Product Department.
You will be working in a fully remote distributed team across multiple disciplines at a science-oriented company. At Waterplan you will have the chance **to work at the forefront of our industry** and you will be working with **world-leading experts in water.**

**About your core focus**:
The Senior DevSecOps is a key player directly involved in the design and development of our platform. Security is one of our top priorities and as a member of the Engineering team you will be directly involved in implementing the necessary solutions to ensure our platform ensures the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our customer’s information.
**Some things you’ll enjoy tackling**:
The list below represents some of the challenges you will be tackling in your day to day, in which we expect that you have a minimum experience of 3 years:
- Standardize CI/CD pipelines to guarantee confidentiality, security and integrity of sensitive data.
- Work towards cross company CI/CD pipelines that allow easy deployments and rollbacks.
- Implement the necessary infrastructure changes to ensure compliance with security standards and requirements
- Work collaboratively with software engineering to define infrastructure and deployment requirements
- Provision, configure and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure defined as code
- Implement and maintain infrastructure monitoring tools
- Stay on top of relevant technology trends and technology shifts and keep skills up-to-date through training, industry events, and relevant certifications
- Develop a strategy for dealing with the increasing number of audits, compliance checks and external assessment processes for internal/external auditors, i.e., ISO 27001
