**Some of the daily activities include**:
Receive projects and assure that all information needed is present, and no files are missing
Assuring all files open correctly and no fonts, links or images are missing
Perform DTP task following the DTP Checklist provided in each project, keeping in mind that the goal is to match the Source file as close as possible
Perform QA task on each file before delivery
Use graphic design software and tools to perform the project
Use Google search and official software forums to be able to resolve common issues. If not, consulting the DTP Manager before delivering the project
Deliver project within the scheduled deadline and including all the necessary files
Follow all the DTP checklists to perform the task

**Requisitos**:
**Computer skills (mandatory)**:
**Intermediate/Advanced level on some of the following software**:
Adobe InDesign
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Ilustrator
Adobe XD
Office Suite (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel)
**File prep**: PDF to Word, PDF to InDesign, Text extraction
**Computer skills (desired, non-mandatory)**:Intermediate/Advanced level on some of the following tools**:
Figma
Articulate 360 (Rise + Storyline)
Adobe premiere
Adobe After effects
MS Publisher
Quark
Adobe Framemaker
E-learning (other) (Captivate, Lectora, etc)
**Previous experience in the following is a plus**:
DTP QA
Feedback / Changes implementation
508 Compliance and accessibility notion
E-learning software is a plus
HTML and CSS
