At Ready Set, we make new video ads for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok every week for large clients like Cerebral, Hims, NordicTrack, Weight Watchers and more.

It's like Saturday Night Live: Monday we're writing on a new script and the rest of the week our producers and editors work to get it made. The ad then goes into testing and we get to learn if it's a hit or not. Coming up with ads that have a 7-figure impact for clients is an awesome feeling and a GREAT product to sell. We have grown revenue 300% y/y without anyone in either sales or marketing.

Ready Set (ReadySet.co) is looking for a **Social Media Talent Scout** to help us build a New Advertising Industry Everyone can Love.

**What you'll do**:

- Find and Manage our bespoke pool of performers.
- Communicate with creative, logistic & production teams.
- Actively look for new talent for our clients using industry assets & search through social media for upcoming projects.
- Design, create & maintain databases & relationships with current contacts.

**What you are good at**:

- +3 years experience in casting content creators for advertising/feature films/tv/social media engagement.
- Talent management/talent representation.
- Knowledge of the talent landscape and user generated content.
- Understanding of social media channels as Tik Tok, Snapchat, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube.
- Experience searching, scouting, negotiating and hiring talent such as Content Creators, Influencers, Streamers and others for advertising and user generated content. And knows how to organize, manage and update that database.
- Experience with talent management, talent representation, contract negotiations, social media marketing & brand partnerships.
- Advanced English (**must**)
- You have experience working in startup environments.
