**Misión**:
Liderar la definición y ejecución de la estrategia del desarrollo de negocio y mercado, definiendo las iniciativas, seleccionando y posicionando los productos y servicios de Netafim Argentina para la región de influencia, generando demanda, desarrollando y fidelizando los canales de distribución y usuarios, logrando la excelencia en satisfacción de clientes y los logros de las metas de la compañía. Colaborar con la Dirección General en la definición y desarrollo del Plan Estratégico del Negocio, que permita alcanzar los objetivos propuestos a corto, mediano y largo plazo. Análisis de mercado para detectar y generar oportunidades de negocios brindando soluciones concretas a los usuarios y distribuidores. Gestionar el desarrollo, planificación y ejecución de la definición del Pipeline, ciclo de vida de los Productos y Servicios. Mix portfolio. Definir el posicionamiento de los productos y servicios, su propuesta de valor (atributos, beneficios y puntos de diferenciación), considerando un entorno competitivo, para cada línea, cultivos target. Benchmarking, Business Intelligence, Pricing. Crop-economic. Colaborar en la definición de los canales de comercialización, partners, alianzas, convenios, distribución, llegada al mercado. Liderar políticas de relacionamiento con el canal, rebeats, etc. Participar del proceso de presupuestación, planes de venta por producto y canales. Participar del proceso de S&OP. Liderar el P&L a fin de contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos fijados anticipando desviaciones que permitan tomar decisiones y armar planes de acción. Definir, implementar y gestionar la estrategia de precios, condiciones comerciales y herramientas financieras de cada producto de la línea, en base al business intelligence realizado. Liderar el departamento agronómico con el fin de generar demanda y servicio post-venta. Alinear la estrategia de entrenamiento técnico-comercial para la fuerza de venta comercial propia y/o de terceros, partners, distribuidores, grandes productores, referentes técnicos, influencers. Definir pautas para generar demanda, go to market. Posicionamiento de marca, Community manager, sitios web, merchandaising. Definir Plan de Comunicación Anual en donde se establezcan las Campañas y los Productos según la estacionalidad. Gestionar los lanzamientos de campaña. Participación en Ferias y Exposiciones. Dirigir la ejecución de estudios de investigación de mercado y análisis de competencia de su línea. Elaboración de informes de gestión, tableros de control (dashboard) para seguimiento de las acciones y encontrar oportunidades de mejora y satisfacción de clientes. Gestionar la presentaciones de resultados de ventas, desempeño de mercado, comunicación a la fuerza de ventas, presentaciones internas y externas, etc. Apoyo en la elaboración de informes y análisis para el área comercial. Representar a la Cía. en el segmento agroindustrial (Cámaras, asociaciones, ferias, congresos nacionales e internacionales, gobiernos, ministerios de agricultura y otros organismos/ONG), a fin de fortalecer relaciones y dar a conocer la oferta de productos y servicios. Gestionar las quejas-reclamos. Satisfacción post venta. Fidelización. Coustomer experience.

**Requisitos**:
Graduado en Agronomía, marketing y/o carreras afines a los agronegocios.
Experiência mínima no menor a 5 años en agronegocios y en la planificación estrategica de un plan de marketing.
Contar con un nível de idioma ingles intermedio/avanzado.
Contar con disponibilidad para viajar.
Excelentes habilidades interpersonales.
Conocimiento de manejo de herramientas informáticas y capacidad de análisis.
