**Descripción**
- Nuestro **Senior Developer Engineer in test** estará a cargo de liderar toda el area de tecnologia, alineandose a una estrategia comercial de crecimiento acelerado en base a la creación de valor para nuestros clientes. Es el componente fundamental para la organización.

**Responsabilidades**
- Capacitar a los equipos para cambiar a la izquierda mediante el diseño e implementación de canalizaciones CICD con puertas de etapa
- Liderar la entrega de pruebas de iniciativas importantes mediante la colaboración con las partes interesadas y el equipo de liderazgo
- Evaluar y aprender el marco de automatización existente y proporcionar soluciones de automatización para construir un extremo a finalizar la suite de regresión
- Desarrollar, ejecutar y mantener scripts de prueba de automatización para cumplir con los entregables de la versión de software, los requisitos de prueba del proyecto y otras consideraciones de calidad
- Trabajar para minimizar las pruebas manuales mediante la automatización de pruebas de alto ROI
- Acelerar la velocidad de comercialización mediante el uso de Canary Deployments y Dark Lanzamientos: ser una parte integral de un equipo de ingeniería ágil, trabajar de manera interactiva con los ingenieros de desarrollo y prueba y los gerentes de producto durante todo el ciclo de vida del desarrollo: ayudar a garantizar que la funcionalidad entregada en cada sprint esté bien probada, utilizando la automatización siempre que sea posible. Pruebas regresión y pruebas de integración t suites para GUI Front End, API Services y Database back-end
- Documentación, mantenimiento y monitoreo de problemas de software
- Recomendación de estrategias y métodos para mejorar los planes y procesos de prueba
- Mantenimiento de registros bien organizados de los resultados de las pruebas y generación de análisis históricos de los resultados de las pruebas
- Orientar a los ingenieros de pruebas mientras lidera los proyectos
- Aprovechar las mejores prácticas de automatización y los estándares de codificación para ofrecer productos de alta calidad
- **️ ¿Quién eres?**
- +5 años de experiência práctica reciente en el desarrollo de automatización web y API
- Experiência práctica con una combinación de herramientas y marcos modernos de automatización de pruebas (por ejemplo, Cypress, Rest API, Postman, etc.)
- Fuertes habilidades de programación funcional y orientada a objetos
- Debe tener fuertes habilidades de depuración y resolución de problemas - Experiência en pruebas de servicios con Soap y Rest API
- Buena experiência en pruebas de aplicaciones web y servicios web desarrollados con las últimas tecnologías : ReactJS, Angular,.NET, JAVA, ASP, C#, XML, Silverlight, etc.
- Comprensión sólida de los métodos y prácticas de control de calidad
- Comprensión profunda de los conceptos de pruebas manuales y automatizadas
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de comunicación, capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva con ambos recursos técnicos y no técnicos
- Experiência práctica en el uso de sistemas de control de código fuente
- Fuerte aptitud para aprender nuevas tecnologías
- Experiência en el uso de productos de Atlassian como JIRA y Confluence Habilidades y conocimientos preferidos:

- Experiência en el uso de herramientas de integración continua como Jenkins o CircleCI
- Conocimiento avanzado de SQL
- Experiência con marcos de pruebas de interfaz de usuario con Cypress con Mocha-Chai
- Experiência con Javascript/Typescript y NodeJS
- Experiência con metodologías de pruebas ágiles, incluidas BDD y Test Driven Development (TDD)
- Exposición a pruebas de rendimiento y conocimiento de herramientas de pruebas de rendimiento
- Exposición a la infraestructura en la nube de Amazon Web Services
